The Royal Palm LAN Layout

The Royal Palm Local Area Network is designed to meet all of the LAN design goals: flexibility, scalability, manageability, and adaptability. The backbone is composed of multi-mode fiber-optic 1000Mbps cable. This allows for the maximum amount of scalability so that the LAN will remain in an up-to-date condition for over a decade.
The Horizontal Cross-Connect (HCC) is composed of Category-5 UTP 100BASE-T cable.
