1. Preamble

This license agreement is designed to cover the use, manipulation, and distribution of products of 3D7 Software. A "product" of 3D7 Software is anything that was made by a 3D7 Software developer. Product types include software and multimedia. By handling a product of 3D7 Software, you agree to obey the terms of this license agreement fully unless you have written permission from 3D7 Software to not do so.

However, if the product has a accompanying license (either in its distributable files or mentioned at the location of distribution), then that license should be used to govern its use rather than this general license. When a "product" of 3D7 Software is mentioned in this document, it only refers to products that do not have a specific license.

2. Personal Use

You agree to use any product of 3D7 Software according to how 3D7 Software intends it to be used. This means that it cannot be used in any manner that is in violation of U.S. law or the law of the God of Christianity (where God's law takes precedence over U.S. law if there is any conflict). A product of 3D7 Software may not be used for commercial purposes. If you wish to quote information from a product of 3D7 Software, you must cite it properly using an MLA, APA, or other standardized citation format. If the product is software, you may access it from a remote computer through a network connection. You may not use any software product of 3D7 Software in situation where safety is of greatest importance such as at a military installation, an area where nuclear material is handled, or in a life support system.

3. Manipulation

"Manipulation" in this license agreement covers any changes made to the product or its components as well as any conversion or deconstruction of it. Manipulation of a product of 3D7 Software is only allowed after you have received consent of 3D7 Software in writing. If we provide specific instructions on how you may manipulate the software then you must follow them entirely or else not make any manipulation at all. Only user-definable settings should be changed without consent of 3D7 Software. If you are allowed to modify the product, you must indicate that it was originally made by 3D7 Software in the product or is distribution file.

4. Incorporation

You may incorporate a complete product of 3D7 Software as content of another product not of 3D7 Software as long as the other product is not intentionally against the teachings of Christianity. The other product may include information about other religions and practices not supported by the teachings of Christ, but only for informative purposes, not for persuasive/supportive purposes. The other product must not be sold commercially if you incorporate a product of 3D7 Software into it. The other product must not restrict the use of the 3D7 Software product in any way and it must not hide any authorship information or license agreement. This license agreement must be presented with the other product if it is distributed. If you only want to incorporate a part of a product of 3D7 Software, you must contact 3D7 Software to receive permission in writing.

5. Copying

You are permitted to make complete copies of any product of 3D7 Software. If the product requires installation, you may install it as many times as is necessary and at multiple locations simultaneously. You may make backup copies of user setting storage files for the product, but you may not distribute these files.

6. Non-Personal Use

"Non-personal use" of a 3D7 Software product is any time when a person other than the person who originally obtained the copy of the product handles it. Except for purposes of evangelism, someone who has agreed to this license must oversee the use of the product by anyone who has not agreed to the license in order to enforce obedience to this agreement. If another person who has agreed to this license uses your copy of the product, then you do not need to oversee the usage of it. Anyone who goes beyond use (see section 2) of a 3D7 Software product (such as manipulation, distribution, etc.) must agree to this license regardless of whether someone who has agreed to it oversees the work.

7. Distribution

"Distribution" in this license agreement is defined as any time when another person obtains a copy of a 3D7 Software product. You must only distribute a product in the format in which it is distributed from 3D7 Software. (No files may be missing from it.) The license agreement must be present in the distribution if it is present in the 3D7 Software distribution. If it is not present, then a copy of it should either be included with the distribution or a valid link to this agreement must be provided. You must not distribute any product of 3D7 Software for a profit. The only price that you may charge is that of the cost of distribution (i.e. the cost of disks and materials, etc.).

When you distribute a product of 3D7 Software, you must not include any other content with the distribution that is intentionally against the teachings of Christianity. You may include information about other religions and practices not supported by the teachings of Christ, but only for informative purposes, not for persuasive/supportive purposes. A product of 3D7 Software must not be distributed or advertised in any way that is against the laws of the God of Christianity. The product may not be shipped, exported, or transferred in a manner or to a location that is prohibited by U.S. laws or regulations.

8. Warranty

Products of 3D7 Software are not guaranteed to operate correctly in every environment, but we will provide compensation for any losses caused by our products as long as the product is a declared "stable" version (not an alpha or beta version) and is used within the environments described by the system requirements. We will probably not provide any compensation for losses caused by a product that is not declared to be "stable," but you may request compensation if you wish to do so.

We reserve the right to determine what the necessary compensation will be. You must submit a description and evidence of your losses to us and we will determine what should be done to repay you for the loss. By agreeing to this license, you agree to not bring a lawsuit against 3D7 Software but to rather have any problems be resolved in a manner that is pleasing to the God of Christianity. You also agree to acknowledge that 3D7 Software is not a commercial business and therefore compensation for any loss will be within the bounds of what any donations to 3D7 Software allow.

9. Violation of this Contract

If you violate the terms of this agreement, you agree to terminate all handing of the product immediately. If you violate this agreement by creating content that is in violation of it, you agree that you or 3D7 Software will destroy, delete, or deconstruct the material so that it no longer violates the agreement. You may only use a 3D7 Software product under this license again once you have agreed to obey this license fully.

10. Acceptance of this Contract

If you disagree with the terms of this license, you have no rights to the products of 3D7 Software to which it applies. However, if you only disagree with any of the terms of manipulation, incorporation, copying, or distribution (see sections 3 though 6) you may still use the product of 3D7 Software, but you agree to forfeit the right to manipulate, incorporate, copy, and distribute the product. Any rights not defined in this agreement are reserved by 3D7 Software.

This license agreement is governed by the law of the United States of America and the State of Wisconsin.
